Jakarta– Pemerintah Indonesia mengumumkan tambahan konfirmasi positif Covid-19 sebanyak 20.004 kasus baru pada Jumat (20/8/2021).

Tambahan kasus hari ini mengalami penurunan dibanding kemarin, yaitu 22.053 kasus.

Dikutip dari covid19.go.id, hingga hari ini total kasus infeksi corona di Indonesia berjumlah 3.950.304.

Sementara itu, kasus sembuh hari ini bertambah 26.122, sehingga totalnya menjadi 3.499.037 kesembuhan.

Adapun kasus kematian harian bertambah 1.348 jiwa.

Sehingga, total kasus kematian akibat Covid-19 di Indonesia mencapai 123.981 jiwa.

Sementara itu, total kasus aktif hingga saat ini mencapai 327.286.

Catatan Rekor Tambahan Kasus

Untuk diketahui, rekor tambahan kasus positif tertinggi tercatat pada 15 Juli 2021, dengan 56.757 kasus dalam sehari.

Sementara untuk rekor kematian harian, terjadi pada 27 Juli 2021, dengan 2.069 kematian dalam sehari.Yamin
